Front Office: Basketball GM is an offline basketball management game, operated by its developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and the choices you have. Front Office has no user accounts, no advertising, and no third-party analytics. If you have any questions, contact us at hasantariq.apps@gmail.com.
Front Office is a fully offline, single-player game. It does not collect any personal information, and nothing you do in the game is sent to us — there is no account and no server of ours involved. Everything the game creates stays on your device:
We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or any advertising or device identifier. The app uses a single permission — notifications (on Android 13 and later) — solely to show a local summary of games that finished while the app was closed. It has no network access of its own.
Because we do not collect or process any personal information, no legal basis under UK or EU data protection law is required for the app itself. Any activity you choose to carry out through Google — making a purchase, or signing in to Play Games — is processed by Google under its own terms.
No one but you. Nothing leaves your device through the app, so there is nothing for us to sell, share, or store. Two optional features involve Google:
All of your data is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently removes it — the save, your settings, and the entitlement flags. There is no server-side account or data for us to keep or delete. Purchases and any optional Play Games data are managed through your Google account.
If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your information, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. Because we hold no personal information about you, your data is already entirely under your control on your device; for anything Google processes (a purchase or optional Play Games sign-in), please use your Google account. You can contact us at hasantariq.apps@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) about how your data is handled.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page before the changes take effect.
